Druk Air's "Kingdom from the Sky" now offer you the opportunity to experience a bird's eye view of some of the otherwise inaccessible wonders of Bhutan and the Himalayas.

Taking off from the airport situated in the valley of Paro (7,333 ft), the flight makes a rough figure eight route across the length of country.

The hour long flight offers myriad scenery from the towering heights of Eastern Himalayas to the subtropical forests of the foothills. Tshendeygang Group (22,947 ft), Tari Gang (23,275 ft), Masang Gang (23,603 ft), Jhomolhari (23,997 ft) are among a few of majestic sights that you will encounter on this flight. Beyond the mighty summits, you can also catch a glimpse of the Tibetan Plateau in all grandeur stretching at a distance.

You can also use this opportunity to relax in the comforts of Druk Air's brand new Airbus-319 and focus your camera lens on modern highways linking accident fortresses; on the numerous rivers and lakes, water falls and remove village far below you.
